These pillows are perfect! They arrived in extreme vacuum packing, but fluffed up as soon as I extricated them from their bindings. They are large, puffy, and soft yet firm. There was a very mild chemical odour initially, which concerned me. However, I aired them outdoors for a couple of hours and the odour disappeared completely. I purchased a king size topper to cover my tempurpedic mattress. Upon delivery, I immediately washed the topper in warm water with a small amount of detergent then dried it on the cotton setting in my dryer. It turned out soft and fit my mattress perfectly. The elastic is very well made at about 1/2 inch wide. In the past I have purchased very expensive bedding and have not been as satisfied as I am with this topper. The price is great for the quality. I would purchase again without a doubt.

Very difficult for me to review this as I have had it for only one day. It is soft the color is beautiful and it looks like it has some good quality however, again it hasnt been washed and only been used for one day so very difficult for me to really write this properly, but they forced me to read it the day I got it

With my bad back and a mattress that is a bit too firm, I needed something to soften it a bit. It does help a lot. It is nice and thick and soft too . Would recommend it to anyone who needs that too .

At first when taking it out of the package I quickly was covered in teeny tiny bits of, what I can only assume was feathers. I put it in the dryer to get rid of some of it. It didn't smell like anything. I love how big it is and it' perfect for winter even though it says all season. Keep in mind it would be too warm for me late spring, summer or early fall. After reading numerous reviews I pulled the trigger on these. They are no doubt firm enough for my liking. You can easily remove material to best suit your needs. I gave one to my partner who was post op ankle surgery. It provided great under leg support during elevation and icing. Great product.

I felt the inside and could feel a gel type lining mixed with fluff. Beautiful design and sharp sleep threading. Defiantly higher quality material and stitching. Sift as all feel. Cool to the touch. I bought these in the king size. Once removed from the packaging and allowed to fluff up, these are very nice pillows! They're right there in between firm and soft, with a nice density that also has enough give that you feel supported but not like you're sleeping on a brick. My husband likes to fold his pillows to sleep, and these allow him to do that without being flat or underfilled like most foldable pillows are.
